  • Hussein’s latest role was CIO at Audacia Capital, and has also served in senior roles at Qatar First Bank (Private Equity) and Audi Capital (Innvestment Banking), where he led end/to/end M&A processes, valuation strategy, and investment committee advisory across transactions exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars.
  • He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and BA in Accounting & Finance from the American University of Beirut.

  • Dr. Jamil R. Dibu is a physician executive and strategic healthcare leader based in Abu Dhabi, with over a decade of experience building and scaling clinical programs at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He founded the UAE’s first dedicated Neurocritical Care unit, led hospital-wide operational transformation including a 75% ICU capacity expansion during COVID-19, and chaired the national committee that reformed the UAE’s brain death legislation, directly enabling the country’s organ transplantation program. He has driven more than USD 3 million in annual cost savings through supply chain optimization and process redesign.
  • Dr. Dibu currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Neurocritical Care Society (U.S.) and as President of its MENA Chapter. He is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Scientific Advisor to the Maroon Research Institute, where he provides clinical oversight across brain health, longevity science, and health-tech ventures.

  • Emal Dusst is a global education executive and investor with deep experience building and scaling education and workforce companies. He serves as Managing Director and Head of ETS Capital, where he oversees a portfolio of 15+ global education companies.
  • Prior to ETS Capital, Emal was a senior investment professional at Sterling Partners. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer & Head of M&A at Laureate Education (NASDAQ: LAUR), then the world’s largest degree-granting higher education network with over one million students across 29 countries, and helped with the founding of Cintana Education.
  • Emal has served on the boards of numerous leading education companies, including Coursera (NASDAQ: COUR), the world’s largest online learning platform; Lecturio (Germany); Escape Studios (UK); HCI (Australia); Leverage Edu (India); Memorang AI (US); and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
  • He is a member of YPO and a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Emal holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in German from UCLA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
